I’m feeling a bit water-logged with all the 3D undersea features which have come my way lately. This one has some good 3D effects but is rather short on information and the narration could be a lot better. The piece on the Lionfish was interesting and it really stood out in 3D; also the part on the clownfish, which looks exactly like the father and son fish in the animated Finding Nemo.

The images are clear and not affected by ghosting. However, there is often a lot of stuff (better not to think what it is) floating around between the fish and one’s eyes, which can get distracting. I understand the 3D undersea features transferred from IMAX presentations are among the best, and this is not one of those.
