Welcome to the 40th month of the web zine for audio, music and home theater - transitioned from the former national radio program AUDIOPHILE AUDITION, heard for over 13 years on stations coast to coast. We continue our extensive hi-res format reviews with 32 reviews of multichannel DVD-Audio, multichannel SACD, and stereo SACD - a new record (or should we say A New Disc?). Also 9 new movie soundtrack releases. Components covered are a hybrid basic amp, a hard disk recorder/player, and some good reasonably-priced interconnect cables. Our in-depth coverage of all types of optical discs this month is at the 98 mark in total - more than any other web or print audio publication! The Survey of the Print Audio and HT Press and our Audio Interviews in MP3 continue. And you now have the opportunity to share your thoughts and questions with other audiophiles via our association with the SoundReproduction.com High End Audio Resource.
If music and movies are the reasons we're nuts about this stuff, why does our software get minimum space in most print and online publications? Our purpose is to communicate the passion and excitement of high quality music and films - the real reason you purchased or will purchase your high end audio and home theater components, right?
Send Your Comments to AUDIOPHILE AUDITION!
