Excellent live performances from Bavaria; Maazel and his band are reliable guides to the canonic Schubert Eight.

This is a quite amazing collection of all the Mahler symphonies, including Deryck Cooke’s revision of No. 10.

An excellent chance to sample the rare acoustics of St. Marks in Venice, and a performance that lives up to the venue.

A terrific solution for those of us who can’t stand the Wagnerian bellowing.
