The toys of Toy Story (who come alive when no humans are around) find themselves in uncharted territority during a Christmas playdate with their owner Bonnie.  They run into a bunch of Battle Dinosaur toys who don’t know they’re really toys.  It’s all up to Tixie the triceratops to straighten things out, and it begains with a budding relationship between her and the lead battle dinosaur, Reptillus Maximus. The triceratops was my favorite dinosaur as a child, so I should be nuts about this one, but frankly I was disappointed that it only amounted to about 21 minutes instead of feature length. It is available for free on YouTube, and although there are lots of extras here they don’t make up for the shortening of the feature animation film. The extra of the voice-over recording for Trixie and Reptillus was the most interesting.

Our advice is to see it for free on YouTube; most kids won’t care about the extras anyway. The short running time is not revealed when you purchase the Blu-ray.
